Exchange and Return Terms

The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the product and ensuring that it matches the conditions.

Defective products or errors in orders:
If a defective or different product is received, Cotella will bear the shipping and return costs, and the customer will be fully compensated or the product will be replaced immediately.
