Exchange and Return Terms

Return and Exchange Period:
Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the following conditions are adhered to.

Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition and not used or washed.
All labels and original packaging must be attached to the product.

Non-Returnable Products:
Products that show signs of use or damage cannot be exchanged or returned.
Underwear that has been opened or used to maintain hygiene and public health standards.

Procedures:
The customer must provide the original invoice or order number as proof of purchase.
The customer bears the shipping costs if he wishes to return or exchange, except in cases where the product is defective or received incorrectly.

Refunds:
The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the product and ensuring that it matches the conditions.

Defective products or errors in orders:
If a defective or different product is received, Cotella will bear the shipping and return costs, and the customer will be fully compensated or the product will be replaced immediately.
